ARCHCHINESE.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE SYSTEM THAT THE SYSTEM WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR BE ERROR FREE, AND ARCHCHINESE.COM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. ARCHCHINESE.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE SYSTEM OR ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE ACCESSIBLE BY THE SYSTEM.

2. Liability
ARCHCHINESE.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND SPECIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY WHETHER SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER OF THE SYSTEM, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

3. System Changes
ArchChinese.com reserves the right at any time to discontinue the system and to alter licensing terms, features, capabilities, functions, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the system.

4. Ownership
Ownership rights and all intellectual property rights in the system and documentation shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ArchChinese.com. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States. You acknowledge that the system contains valuable confidential information of Arch Chinese; therefore, you agree not to modify the system, create derivative works of, or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the system or assist or encourage any third party in doing so.

5. Membership
Unauthorized copy or redistribution of any material, including serial keys, generated worksheets, stroke sequence images and handouts, made accessible or provided to Arch Chinese members in any form is prohibited. All membership fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period. If you would like to cancel the subscription, you need to follow the instructions provided in the PayPal subscription receipt. Arch Chinese's staff does not have access to your PayPal account. Arch Chinese uses the member serial key to identify a member. A member may not share the serial key with anyone else. The generated worksheets, handouts and stroke sequence images are for you to practice or teach Chinese writing only. Redistribution of the generated worksheets and stroke sequence images is prohibited. If you are a Chinese language teacher, you can use the serial key to create teaching materials for your classroom use, but you may not share the serial key or the generated worksheets with other Chinese language teachers, Chinese language learners and their parents. Without Arch Chinese's permission, you may not post the worksheets, handouts and stroke sequence images on any web sites.
